Our History
Phone Essence launched in 2003 out of an internet and technology company based in Bend, Oregon. Our mission was to create a flexible, powerful phone system that was affordable enough for even the smallest of businesses. This desire was born out of the frustration of dealing with legacy phone systems. In 2003, Phone Essence was the first company in Central Oregon to install a hosted VoIP phone system. Our system offered substantial cost savings and an enhanced feature set. We began installing test systems at local businesses and our phone system was a big hit. Over the years we have grown and expanded our efforts to better serve our customers. In 2012, Phone Essence expanded to serving customers on the Central Coast of California by opening operations in San Luis Obispo. Phone Essence has always been dedicated to providing local service and we are excited to be serving customers in this area!
